SUMMARY:Fall Equinox Nature Retreat: Return to Balance
DESCRIPTION:Join us in the forest in the mountains outside Denver for a nature retreat in honor of the Autumnal Equinox. The intention of this retreat is to return to balance\, guided by the wisdom and flow of nature. We’ll meet early in the tipi to begin the retreat with a short ceremony and energetic cleansing for all participants\, along with some cacao and snacks. Then we’ll move into the forest to offer our gifts and gratitude to the Earth at a sacred circle deep in the forest.  You will then have three hours in silent meditation and curiosity to explore the Ewassa forest and adjoining private mountain park – a total of 55 acres on which to contemplate and observe nature. This portion of the retreat will be without a phone\, watch\, or journal – nothing but a water bottle. This is by design to help you release your habitual mental patterns\, reset your nervous system\, and return to the calming flow of nature. We will then return to the tipi for a healthy and nourishing gluten-free lunch\, followed by a shamanic journey and some additional time to journal and embrace the gifts or insights you’ve received from the forest and/or the journey. We’ll then close the retreat with a blessing ceremony. All participants are asked to bring something from nature to leave in gratitude to Mother Earth – nuts\, seeds\, fruit\, flowers\, herbs\, a special stone – anything that holds meaning for you as offer your reverence. All offerings will remain in the forest.
