It is an excellent resource for therapists or healers of all backgrounds seeking to expand their repertoire of healing methodologies. \nThe course will run from August 14 through December 11. All live sessions will be held via Zoom on Monday evenings from 7pm – 8:30pm Mountain Time and recorded for participants to access later if needed. Each week there will be new pre-recorded lessons and a short ritual or introspective exercise to be done at home or in nature. DESCRIPTION:Learn how to anchor yourself to the Earth’s rhythms to reduce anxiety and feel grounded and connected. \nThis forest event is dedicated to honoring the Earth and all that she represents. We’ll begin by grounding and connecting with the heartbeat of the Earth\, a powerful technique to bring you out of your thoughts and back into your body. We’ll also use drumming and brushing techniques to calm and reconnect with the element of Earth. \nThen we’ll join together in a simple sacred ceremony of gratitude and honoring. Following the principles of an Andean despacho ceremony\, we will create a mandala with offerings from nature that represent our prayers of gratitude for the Earth. This ceremony helps to bring us into Ayni (sacred reciprocity) with the Earth. \nPlease bring a jacket\, a water bottle and a blanket if you would like\, to sit/lay directly on the ground in the forest. You are welcome to bring flowers\, seeds\, berries or any other items from nature to offer to the Earth. All offerings will remain in the forest.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a sweet ritual at the river to cleanse and release emotions that might be weighing you down. \nAfter gathering in a group at 9:30am and opening sacred space together\, we’ll walk to a quiet spot near the river. There each participant will have a chance to release what they’re ready to let go of in their own time and space\, and then give thanks and enjoy the blessings of the river. \nWe encourage you to bring a stone or any other object from nature to represent what you’d like to release. \nPlease be sure to RSVP by following the “Get Tickets” prompts below so we know how many people to expect and bring flowers for. We will meet at 9:30am in the circular stone building visible from the Little Park parking lot. You will want to map the route in advance\, there is limited signal at the park. DESCRIPTION:Join us in the mountains of Evergreen for a fire ceremony during the powerful energy of the full moon. We will gather to release those things that feel worn out\, heavy or stagnant\, burning them away with the fire to create space for what we wish to bring into our lives. \nThe event will be held mostly in the open air around an outdoor fire. We then will enter a tipi and release our items into the fire inside to burn them away. Please bring a face mask to wear while inside the tipi. \nWe recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable clothes with layers for the cooler evening temperature. If you like to drum you are welcome to bring one with you. Please also bring an item from nature that represents what you want to release\, to be thrown into the fire.
