What the Healing Process Includes
1. Shamanic Healing & Guidance
Using ancient shamanic healing techniques, we work directly with the luminous field to clear heavy energies, outdated emotional imprints, patterns, and blockages. This work typically results in you feeling more light, clear, and spacious.
As the healing work progresses we may recover lost or fragmented parts of you that hold resilience, wisdom, joy, or untapped potential — integrating them gently and deliberately back into your life. You may also receive guidance from Spirit, including your ancestors or celestial guides, in the course of our work together.
Includes a total of 3 remote shamanic healing sessions, lasting between 2 – 2.5 hours each.
2. Mentoring & Integration
Each healing session is followed by a critical period of integration, as energetic shifts become permanent and old beliefs and habits are replaced by new, more positive ones.
When people have been operating from the same limiting beliefs or self-defeating patterns for a long time, lasting transformation can require additional support and follow-up. Our mentoring is designed to help each healing session transform into lasting change.
We’ll offer grounded, practical guidance to support your integration process — including rituals, reflective practices, affirmations, or other personalize approaches based on the patterns you are changing.
Includes a total of 3 mentoring support calls of 30-45 minutes each, a week or more after each healing session, in addition to text or email check-ins.
