I purchased an on-demand course. How do I access it?
After your purchase, make sure you are logged into this website with the same username and password you used to check out. (If you forgot either one, go to the person icon at the top right corner of the page then click the Lost Password link to reset it).
Now return to the course you purchased. On the main course page you will see a Curriculum tab next to the Overview tab. Click this and now all of the lessons should be unlocked, Enjoy!
How long can I access my on-demand course?
Unless otherwise noted in the course description, all on-demand courses will be available to you for one year from the date of your purchase.
What is the deadline to register for an event?
The deadline for registration may vary from event to event (more in-depth events may require you to register at least 48 hours in advance). Please plan to complete your registration at least 24 hours before the event begins.
In-person events often sell out so please register as soon as you know you would like to attend.
What happens if I've enrolled in a course or event but can no longer attend?
All live courses will be recorded and in the event that you cannot attend the live course you will be able to view the recording at your convenience. If you must cancel your participation in a live online course we can also issue a refund, however to receive a refund you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course.
If you have registered for an in-person event and can no longer attend, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience. If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance we can issue a refund or apply your payment to a future event, as you prefer.
There are no refunds for on-demand courses.
