For live courses you must enroll at least 48 hours before the start of the class. This allows time for the instructor to prepare and send you all of the necessary information and links to the live course sessions. Please note that some of our courses have limits on the number of participants.

You must register at least one hour before the start of most online events. 

Unless otherwise noted in the course description, all on-demand courses will be available to you for one year, to access whenever you would like. After one year  the access will end.

Please note that all live courses will be recorded and in the event that you cannot attend the live course you will be able to view the recording at your convenience.

If you have already enrolled in a live course and are no longer be able to attend and would like to cancel your enrollment, please email us at thrive@ewassa.com no later than 48 hours before the start of the course. We will cancel your participation and issue you a full refund. 

NOTE: Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on less than 48 hours notice before the start of the course. Many courses have participant limits and if you cancel too late we are unable to offer your place to another participant.
