During the retreat we’ll explore the three pillars of elemental shamanism:
Shamanic Living: A way of life that cultivates respect, care, personal responsibility, and balanced relationship with the humans and natural world around us.
Shamanic Journeying: Discover pathways and channels to access your deep inner knowing and receive insight from the spirit realms.
Shamanic Healing: Learn how emotional residues and energetic blockages can affect your well-being, and how to work with the primordial elemental energies for both clearing and activation.
Throughout the day, participants will be nourished with wholesome, organic, gluten-free lunch, snacks, and beverages — lovingly prepared to support your body and spirit.
