One of the great challenges that many of us face is maintaining clear boundaries with our words, our time, and our energy. As children we were conditioned to please others, and in the process may have blurred our sense of our own needs or the ability to protect them.

In this gathering you’ll explore the boundaries that are important to you in various aspects of your life. Get a sense of where they need to be reasserted, how, and with whom. Reflect on what is needed to keep your joy and essence intact, and how to establish strong boundaries to protect this core of who you are.

After a period of guided reflection, we’ll cut cords to the people and situations that drain your energy. We’ll then install layers of energetic protection around you. You’ll also be supported in identifying ways to establish more clear boundaries for your life in the following days and weeks.
