Learn how the cycle of the elements guides our lives and how each of Fire, Earth, Water, and Air correspond to aspects of self. Begin to understand how imbalances in one element or another might show up in your life, and ways to bring balance when you’re feeling out of sorts.
Experience a guided exercise to help you sense your own inner elements, and notice any part of self that may be feeling in excess or deficiency.
This introductory course includes a presentation of the elemental aspects of self, followed by a guided exercise for participants to bring awareness to your present elemental state of being, and some reflection on rebalancing.
The workshop will also be recorded and shared via email with registrants.
