Tame Your Anxiety

Anxiety is an increasingly common part of our daily lives. It’s complex, with various layers and triggers. Effectively addressing anxiety often calls us to heal old wounds, retrain negative thought patterns, and develop practices to soothe our nervous system. 

In this class we’ll create a safe space for you to turn toward your anxiety triggers, see them clearly, and examine beliefs and old wounds that might be reinforcing them. We’ll shift the internal relationship with these triggers, and then practice exercises for taming anxiety and calming the nervous system.

We’ll close the gathering with a guided meditation and energy practice to help you connect to the grounding energy of the earth and divine light from above. This is a powerful exercise to repeat whenever you need to sooth your anxiety.
