Confronting and processing your deepest fears is a powerful way to begin to tame your anxiety. In this time together we’ll create a safe space for you to turn toward your fear, see it clearly, and examine any beliefs that might be reinforcing it. You’ll then be guided to shift your internal image of the fear, decrease its size, and begin to work with it as an ally.
We’ll close the gathering with a guided meditation to help you connect to the grounding energy of the earth and divine light from above. This is a powerful exercise to repeat whenever you begin to feel a sense of anxiousness creeping back in.
