The Soulful Living Circle
This monthly circle is a space to nurture those key moments of revelation and inspiration. To reconnect with yourself, hear your inner wisdom, find healing and inspiration, and be supported by a community of caring women. It’s a place for spiritual deepening, transformation, and celebration.
Our Soulful Living Circle is intended to create deep, honest, heartfelt connections – a safe space to explore some of our soul’s greatest challenges or inspirations. Together we’ll engage in meaningful practices of guided meditation, reflection, journaling, shamanic journeys, and rituals for transformation.
You’ll deepen your connection to self, spirit, and new friends. You’ll learn practical shamanic energy medicine techniques for staying grounded, centered, and energetically healthy. Together we’ll support one another in living from a place of joyful curiosity and spiritual depth.
Circle Format
Each month we’ll focus on a new theme, beginning the circle with some shamanic energy medicine insights on the topic. We’ll follow with some prompts for personal reflection, a shamanic journey, or a related exercise related.
Then we’ll have space for sharing in small groups, to exchange wisdom or experiences or questions. You can participate to whatever extent you feel called, recognizing that some days we have a great deal to share and other days we prefer to observe and reflect. Our goal is that each month’s circle help you feel deeply connected to your soul and supported in your life’s journey.
Topics to Explore
We encourage regular participation in the monthly circle so that we get to know each other well and build trust for deeper connection and discussion. We’ll share the month’s topic in advance however, so you also have the option of just participating in those gatherings that call most deeply to you.
The topics we forsee covering in 2025 include:
- Strengthening your energetic presence
- Reclaiming and honoring your personal power
- Creating healthy energetic boundaries
- Practices for reducing anxiety
- Embracing your unique gifts
- Healing old ancestral patterns
- Setting clear intentions to manifest your future
…and much more. Monthly topics will follow the needs of the group based on the direction of circle discussions and suggestions from participants.
Circle Costs and Participation
We’ll meet on the second Monday of each month from 6-8pm MT via Zoom. Our first gathering is on Feburary 10, 2025 and then we’ll meet once a month through December 8.
You are welcome to attend just one circle gathering if the topic calls to you or you wish to see if the circle is a good fit. The cost is $40 for one circle and you can sign up for that circle event via our Events Calendar.
If you choose to participate each month, the cost for the 11 gatherings in 2025 is steeply discounted and you’ll save $120 total making each monthly gathering only $34. All topics will be recorded so if you have to miss one month you always can view the video later at your convenience.
